When someone starts something different in their lives, they are excited about sharing it with as many people as possible, so for that reason I want to share our website (Dixie Porch) with as many people that will eventually read this blog. My wife and I decided it was time for a change in our lives, so we ventured into a project that will, with the help of God, take us into territories yet uncharted for either one of us...e-commerce. We have enjoyed the outdoors and even now that we live in a mobile home park, we still enjoy the fact that we can enjoy our spacious front porch. My wife is from Mississippi, so she has always had a home with a yard and porch, hence the name of our company, Dixie Porch. We both enjoy gardening and doing things in the small yard we now have but that does not restrict us to what we could do with our little piece of heaven. We love to spend time out on our porch reading scripture and studying the Word of God which is one of the reasons why we decided to take on this business venture, to offer products to people that have those same desires in their lives.
